Thank you kaj and Allan !
There’s a lot to comment on. Where do I start. I spent my teens, and twenties in hypomania and anxiety. My first depression was at 34. It was agonizing and pervasive and it lasted 6 solid months. I could sit up for 5 minutes maybe I was drained of all my strength. That would be the physical side of bipolar depression
Bipolar stole my life ie; friends , education , family
Through peer support I fought for stability. I became increasingly well through the support of my peers and I thank all my peers who may be reading this.
    OBAD is family
There’s just so much I can talk about but I’ll keep it short. If you or someone you know is suffering from mental illness, please seek out peer support and a good psychiatrist. Medication , OBAD peer support and my psychiatrist saved my life and not to mention there are fun and energetic times as well !!
    Thanks guys !
